The location, right next to one of the old city gates. The fact that they have parking at the location, with the cost lower then many other locations in Italy. Clean room and also the other spaces. Kindly stuff, at least at the reception.

What a fantastic place! We stayed at this hotel in mid-July and absolutely loved it. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially the receptionist who warmly welcomed us, explained everything in detail, and showed us to our room. Her English was excellent. The breakfast far exceeded our expectations. During our visit to Italy, we stayed in several hotels offering complimentary breakfast, but this one had the best selection by far. The variety of food—ranging from eggs, deli meats, cheeses, yogurts, fruits, different juices, pastries, breads, buns, and more—was impressive. The room was clean and tastefully decorated, and the location was perfect, with all the major attractions nearby.

We can’t say enough about this property! The location was great, right outside the city entrance. Susanna checked us in and we ended up staying an additional night. The price is incredible and we were given a map of the city, with restaurants listed along with historic sites of interest. The restaurants recommended gave us an additional 10% off because of hotel. The room is spotless. We had a terrace and the bathroom is gorgeous. Breakfast was amazing ! Will stay again upon our return to Assisi.

Location is very good close to the Basilica’s, shops and restaurants within walking distance from the Hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly, they provided information on the sites and bus routes. The breakfast is excellent with a lot of variety and option. The hotel is very family friendly with a playroom for children. The view is spectacular from the front of the Hotel!

Clean, good breakfast, friendly staff called a cab for us and let us drop off our bags to continue exploring Assisi after we checked out. The room was very comfortable and clean, and wifi was perfect for me to do some work on my laptop. Close enough to the city center for a short walk, but far enough away from most of the tourism so that it's quiet. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything went well. The breakfast was excellent. The pastries were beautiful and very tasty. The location was wonderful. It was easy to catch the bus back to San Damiano, and easy to walk the streets of the picturesque city of Assisi. The room and facilities were perfect. The staff were very kind and helpful. The gentleman that worked at the front desk was very personable.

Wonderful hotel, super close to the entrance to the walled city. There is on-site parking, which was great for us while travelling by car. The staff was great -- I would like to give a special thanks to Pablo, who was super kind and made our stay perfect! The breakfast is very good too, with several options available.

The location was good but in the opposite of San Francisco church. That means that you have to walk all over the town to visit de San Francisco Basilica. It was ok. I didn’t like that the hotel charged us 10 euros per night for parking lot. At the end I really recommend this hotel

Everything. Location, premises and staff. The whole experience was excellent! I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to spend one or more nights in Assisi, which is a very nice place, full of history, exceptional natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere.
