Excellent location for exploring Assisi. Parking at the door to the property, with further parking nearby. Dog friendly. Friendly staff. Very clean rooms, in good decorative order. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning. Wifi. Gluten free breakfast options.

The hotel is located right at the entrance gate to the historic centre of Assisi. It is a nicely furnished hotel, spotlessly clean with great staff. The receptionist was really nice, giving us lots of information at the check-in, recommendations of the sights and restaurants. The room has everything a tourist might need. There was a wide selection of food for breakfast. There's a parking place right in front of the entrance.

We loved this hotel because of the genuine kindness and friendliness of the staff, especially Suzanna and Paulo who went out of their way to make our trip special. Thank you for all the friendly chats and great advice on where best to spend our time in beautiful Assisi.

Perfect location for stroll to the important tourist sights. Breakfast was amazing--buffet style, with everything you could wish for. Room was perfect, comfortable bed, spotlessly clean. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. Bus stop two minutes walk away for bus to and from station.

The location is just perfect, very close to the old town. And we can park on site. The nearby public parking lot has charging column for our electric rental car.

Great position just outside the wall of Assisi. Very friendly and helpful lady on Reception. Suggested a great restaurant. And she spoke English very well. Also we could park our Motorcycles in the Car Park right outside the Hotel. Very good breakfast as well.

The reason why I booked this room, was that there was a parking at the hotel (10€ extra) and it was very close to visit Assisi. Pablo, the man at the reception was friendly. We've got a map of Assisi en he gave a few informations about the town. The room was nice with a good bed. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. There was also a lovely cat at the reception.

The hotel is very close to the main entrance in the city and very convenient to reach public transportation from it. The room and the bathroom were spacious. For breakfast we had a rich selection of homemade cakes.

Really lovely staff who were very responsive to our needs. Our room was very clean. It had everything we needed. Great location, only a couple of minutes into Assisi and 5 - 10 minutes to the main piazza. Parking at the hotel was 10 euros a day and well worth it. I really enjoyed the inclusive breakfast. The hotel cat was a bonus.

Small but nice and comfortable clean room. Very friendly staff. Much support and guidance/tipps. The location is big plus (directly at the city gate w/ private parking) and the only little minus (you can NEVER open the window due to the traffic sound). Full recommendation.
